Bodybuilding
To what extent does the practice of bodybuilding contribute to the development of disordered eating behaviors and muscle dysmorphia among male individuals? This study I conducted seeks to shed light on the relationship between bodybuilding and the development of disordered eating behaviors and muscle dysmorphia among men. By examining the potential factors contributing to this association, we aim to raise awareness of the mental health implications of bodybuilding and stimulate further research and support for individuals affected by these issues.
Sound Mitigation
In this article design, I focus on the sound mitigation levels on pickleball courts and how they affect surrounding neighborhoods. Through an information design lens, I explore various strategies, such as illustration, typography, and collage to engage viewers. By leveraging information design techniques, I visually represent design concepts and their potential impact on noise reduction. This approach aims to provide pickleball communities with actionable insights, empowering them to create quieter environments for players. Through intentional information design, I strive to enhance the overall pickleball experience and promote sustainable and quieter court design practices.
